Aluminium surfaces are painted with electrostatic method and paint that is specially prepared for this work

Pattern

To provide real visual impact, the appropriate pattern is selected for profile or plate and applying with special technique

Variety of Colors and Patterns

Various colors and new designs are being developed and adding to presents. The options are multiplied with lighter or darker same pattern tones. Some of the these new patterns are, dark cherry,dark pear, dark oak, rustic oak, light cherry, light pear, light oak, pine, maun, walnut, golden oak, aged walnut, beech, american oak, marble, granit etc.

Plates

It is possible to apply patterns to 1500*3500 mm size and any thickness flat plates that used in both inside or outside.

Other Materials

Aluminium used for:
Windows and doors systems, home and office furnitures and white goods, outside or inside of any architectural applications.

Iron used for:
Galvanized profiles and plates, elevator, fair stands, steel doors, garage doors and door accessories.

Physical or Chemical Properties

Pattern transfer painting is developed specially for wood,granite, marble etc. patterns painting. The most important properties of pattern transfer painting are high resistance of solvents and to laminate all surface same thickness. Another propertie of transfer painting is to remove stains with  Xylem-Acetone or Acetone/Etil, Acetone/Etenol

Outlook

After pattern transfer painting,there is not any no roughness, puff, crushed, scratches, swelling, dark sections, scrapings and other disorders appear.

Glos Standard 30(+/- %5) under 60 º pitched light

Thickness of Overlay

According to ISO 2360 outlook surface thickness is at least 60 micron

Sticking

According to ISO 2409, -0  (Hardness buchpolese  (ISO 2815 standard) minimum thickness 60 um minimum 80)

Pulse Experiment

According to ISO 1520 mim. 3mm

Gradient Experiment

According to ISO 1519 standarts, there is not any cracks appear bend over a mandrel 8 mm

Kesternich Accelerated Corrosion Experiment

According to ISO 3230 -0,21 SO2-24 turnover

Last BrigthnessISO 2813 standard of 60 degrees more than 50% of initial value.

Boiling Water Resistance

Was tested with pressure cooker. An hour after the experiment  bubble and viscosity is escaped observation.

Condensationed Water Resistance Under Fixed Atmosphere

According to Din 5007 standards there is not and bubbling after 1000 hours experiment.

Cutting - Drilling Process

There is not any problem on pattern applied profiles. However, To be very carefull during cutting and should use unvibrating gadget.

Note: Mechanical experiments are appiled on 1 mm thickness Aluminum panels (AA5005,M24)
